● General

  • Q: Sample free or need to pay? 
    • If you don’t need to print a custom logo or other artwork on the products, it will not charge any cost.
    • Just tell us your freight collect account like FedEx DHL TNT, if you don’t have an account, it needs to charge Express fee properly.
  • Q: What is MOQ? 
    • Stocked model 1pcs above
    • Customized size/design/shape, MOQ 300-2000pcs

● Product

  • Q: Is it broken? 
    • No, it won’t. Our material is of high quality, every cap is checked carefully by professional people before packing.

● Customization

  • Q: Can I have my unique design(size, volume, pattern, etc)? 
    • Yes, customer’s designs such as size, volume, pattern, etc are welcomed.
  • Q: Can I have a custom designed and a sample? 
    • We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs.
  • Q: What surface handing you can support ? 
    • We can provide screen printing ,hot stamping, high gloss paint, matte paint , label printing etc .
      As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number
  • Q: How is package ? May i have custom package ? 
    • Yes ,easy to do custom package, show different packing idea.Or customized as customers requirements.

● Service

  • Q: How long is your delivery time? 
    • Generally it is 15-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
  • Q: What’s the order processes? 

    • Custom Design–Making custom mould/logo/package first.

      Samples–Making samples for you check.

      Confirm Order- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.

      Deposit– 30% deposit before mass production.

      Production arranged–we will process the production.

      Remaining payment–after inspection, balance before shipment.

      Shipping–we will ship the goods to destination port.

      Confirm bill of loading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.

      After sales service.

  • Q: If any defective box, how do you deal with? 

    • We have 1:1 replacement for the defective box.

      Warn Tips: Any man-made damage we cannot change, refund or make up.

  • Q: What is the lead time of production ? 

    • a. For samples，5-15 days working days door to door by air.

      b. For mass production, it takes 25-45 days for production. More 7-10 days if custom design needed.

  • Q: What other service you have? 
    • We provide our customers one-stop station solutions in custom design, packing and accessories if needed.

● Payment

  • Q: What is your terms of payment ? 

    • Payment 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

● Shipping

  • Q: What is your shipping terms? 

    • a. For small trial order, by air or by express :FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT etc

      b. For large order, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
